The Molino Filippini's production fit into a program of balanced and healthy nutrition because of a meticulous and detailed procedure together with a craft production which guarantee an unparalleled quality. The manufacturing process is done by a modern plant which respects hygienic and natural characteristics of the product and automatic packers allow the product to be preserved unchanged in time.


The Molino Filippini's production ranges from buckwheat and dehulled buckwheat flour to polenta taragna and maize flours as well as pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta) which is an important dish of the local gastronomy.


 

This wide range of production enables the Molino Filippini to supply European companies specialized in children food and dietetic products. It also takes part in the production of unadulterated and gluten-free buckwheat flour eaten by people who suffer from celiac disease.

The organic production of the Molino Filippini has obtained the prestigious A.I.A.B. (Associazione Italiana per l'Agricoltura Biologica) certification.

Moreover, the owner of the mill, Mr Diego Filippini has recently launched a new line of dried products for soups on the market. Among them there is also the very popular "Minestra di Ortiche di Teglio" (nettles soup of Teglio).
