Buckwheat's salad
     
Ingredients:
220 g buckwheat groats
water
salt
1 leek
1 apple
lemon juice
pepper
paprika
olive oil
 

Preparation
Wash, drain, roast and then cook the buckwheat groats as explained in the basic recipe then let it get cool. Wash the leek and cut it into diagonal slices, peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Add them to the cooled buckwheat and then season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Let it rest a bit and serve after having mixed it delicately.
