  • Recipe method

    Ingredients:

    250 g of Organic Bread Mix with Buckwheat,

    190 g of warm water,

    25 g of extra virgin olive oil (equal to 5 tablespoons),

    25 g of fresh yeast  

    2 g of sugar

    Method: 

    Dissolve the yeast in part of the warm water and add the sugar, mix and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the dissolved yeast, the oil, and the remaining water to the mixture, working it vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Put the product in a rectangular oven mold (base 20 cm x 10 cm) (using a spatula to make the mixture smooth as possible), cover it with kitchen film (greased on the surface facing the dough) and let it rise for 35 minutes in a warm place. Place in the oven at 200 ° C and bake for 60 minutes.
