  • Recipe method

    Couscous Corn and Rice in green, white and red colors

    Ingredients for 2 people:

    • 125 g of couscous

    • 200 g of broccoli

    • 20 g of walnuts

    • 60 g of cheese

    • 200 g of pomegranate

    • 100 g of rocket

    • 2 tablespoons of EVO oil

    In the Pot

    Pour the couscous into a saucepan and cover it with boiling water. Add oil, salt and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Shell the couscous with a fork

    In the Microwave

    Pour the couscous into a microwave-safe bowl, cover it with water, add oil and salt and cook it for about 3 minutes (850-1000 Watts). Let it rest for 2 minutes. Shell the couscous with a fork

    Method:

    Clean the broccoli and cut them very finely. Cook them for a few minutes in a pan with a spoon of oil with and chopped onion. Meanwhile, shell the pomegranate, cut the primo sale cheese into cubes and finely chop the walnuts. Prepare the couscous following one of the two methods indicated above and once ready pour it in the pan; blow it up in the pan for a few minutes. Finally, put the preparation in a bowl, add the pomegranate, the first salt cheese, the rocket, the walnuts and season it with salt as a taste.
