  • Recipe method

    Zucchini Pies Recipe:

    Boil 400 g of vegetable broth and pour 400 g of teff mix, cover and let it rest for about 5 minutes so that the teff can absorb all the liquid. Wash, clean and boil 4 courgettes cut into pieces and add them to the teff. At this point add salt, pepper and parsley, a drizzle of oil, and chop everything. Fill single-portion molds with the mixture obtained and bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

    Teff Burger Recipe

    Cook ½ cup of teff with 1 ½ cup of water in a pot, add chopped rosemary, basil, thyme, marjoram, and 3 pinches of salt. After boiling, cook for another 15 minutes until the grain reaches the typical consistency of polenta. Cool in a large saucepan. Meanwhile, boil 3 potatoes and then mash them with a potato masher. Add the teff to the mashed potatoes and form the 6 burgers then cook them until they begin to come off the pan.
