Recipe method
Recipe for polenta
Method: Bring 2 liters of water to the boil in a pot. Add salt and add 500 g of Taragna flour. Cook it for about 45 minutes, stirring regularly. At the end of cooking, keep the polenta on the fire and add 150 g of butter and 150 g of semi-fat cheese to taste, stirring for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
