  • Recipe method

    Organic Cous cous 100% Buckwheat with Mackerel and Olives.

    Ingredients for 2 people:

    • 125 g of couscous

    • 160 g of well-drained mackerel 

    • 200g of zucchini

    • 100 g of peppers/tomatoes

    • 40 g of green olives


    In the Pot

    Pour the couscous into a saucepan and cover it with boiling water. Add oil, salt and leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Shell the couscous with a fork

    In the Microwave

    Pour the couscous into a safe-microwave bowl, cover it with water, add oil and salt. Cook it for about 3 minutes at (850-1000 Watts). Let it rest for 2 minutes. Shell the couscous with a fork

    Method:

    Prepare the couscous by following one of the two methods indicated above. Cook the courgettes in a non-stick pan, grilling them with salt and pepper. Cut the olives, raw pepper and mackerel into small pieces and add everything to the 100% Organic Buckwheat couscous. In the end, add the precut zucchini and garnish with mint or rosemary to taste.
